Subject to Change Without Notice.You must accept these TERMS OF SERVICE first before you can purchase from me.I require payment after the simple rough draft and only take money through PayPal or Ko-Fi currently.Payments need to be USD you are responsible for converting. (Paypal will do this for you) Depending on what you comm with me, I will do a rough draft . Once this is shown to you, I require full payment before proceeding with final sketching along with coloring. I will provide you updates along the way and allow you to ask for changes/adjustments. (if you ask for big adjustments/changes there potentially may be an additional charge as it will take longer).In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee. The comm can take a week to a month depending on the complexity of it.Let me know if you need it to be rushed, depending on que I may require a $10 fee. I will send a final copy to your email address or I can provide a dropbox link. This is a digital piece and not a physical copy!

rules

  • I will not do commissions that involved minors, NSFW, furries, gore, realism, pets, men/masculine or sexual content. I have the right to refuse any request.

  • I will be posting your commission on my social medias, if you are using it for a debut or don't want it shown until you announce it let me know ahead of time.

  • You are not authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

  • NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

how to commission

To request a commission please DM me on Instagram, Ko-Fi or Etsy. You may also email me at [email protected]
Let me know the following:

  • What comm you would like?

  • Reference pictures, poses, style, etc

  • Your preferred email or if you wish to have a drop box link

i have the right to refuse any comm request if I feel I may not be able to complete the request or feel comfortable doing it

refunds

Refunds are ONLY allowed during the simple rough draft. The moment you accept the rough draft and we move forward you void your refund.

copyright

You are allowed to: use the commission for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. This means you can post the commission on social media if you give proper credit to me; you can print the commission out and display it in your personal space; you can print the commission on items like a tote bag, clothing, etc. for your own personal use. If the commission is intended as a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that one person.If you do want commercial rights, I require a 3x fee and I require credit.
The following things are not allowed: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Making money off of the commission in any way. Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Unless otherwise discussed. I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason. I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
